Iritegood's PKM database, full of PKM files for many legitimate Pokémon, as well as an extensive collection of hundreds of legitimate events. Also has an upload bin for PKM files where you can contribute and download PKM files.

WiFi Backup Tools
Rudolph's NDS WiFi Backup Tool
Uploads saves or cartridge backups to an FTP server via WiFi.

Savsender (GBAtemp.net)
Savsender allows you to back up save files via WiFi without an FTP server (a Windows client receives the file instead).

Slot-2 Backup Tools
Reinmoon (GBAtemp.net)
Reinmoon can only be run from a slot-2 card.

Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool
Similar to Reinmoon, except it can also make game backups.

ARDS Tools
Nitro Hax
Nitro Hax is a homebrew ARDS clone. It is capable of using Pokésav exported XML files.
